Manufacturing

The manufacturing process begins with a production timeline and a complete set of shop drawings (if required), both are signed off and approved by the client. The next step is the manufacturing of the goods, which is controlled by our production team. During the production process and at the completion of the production, our quality control team will perform a thorough quality inspection. If the client wants to arrange an external quality check then this can also be arranged at the end of the production. And the final step in manufacturing is packaging, which is usually customized according to the client's logistics requirements. Photos can be taken before the goods are properly packaged and containerized (if required).

SHOP DRAWINGS

If required, we will take the clients CAD drawings and enhance these into intricate shop drawings covering every technical detail. The shop drawings are a critical step in making sure that the original design concept is realized.

PRODUCTION

Assigned production team will co-ordinate the manufacturing of your order with tight control to ensure both that the timeline and the shop drawings are followed with absolute accuracy. During the production process our team will provide timely updates to the client.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is fundamental to what we do. At every stage of the production process we employ an on-theground approach to quality management adhering to strict standards. Adopting a hands-on approach to quality control during the production phase enables us to closely control the finest quality outcome.

PACKAGING

Packaging is a critical part of the finished product.. Whether it is a wooden crate or a cardboard box our team will recommend the best solution. Depending on various project requirements, palletization, fumigation and or other special treatment will be recommended.
